Engagement type · TLC Proactive Managed Services

You run the business. We take care of the infrastructure.

TLC Proactive Managed Services is our ongoing engagement for teams that need their Linux to just work. We handle monitoring, patching, backups, and maintenance on a schedule, so problems get caught before they become outages. Your team stays focused on your product, not your servers.

What it is

The engagement where we don't wait for things to break.

Proactive Management keeps your servers healthy on a set schedule instead of waiting for something to break.

We monitor your systems, install patches, run health checks, and test your backups on a regular cadence. When something does break, we've usually caught it before you notice.

The result: fewer incidents, more predictable ops costs, and infrastructure that stays current, from OS end-of-life and version upgrades to capacity and security, instead of drifting until something forces the issue.

Who it's for

You might recognize one of these.

01
Your Linux servers are business-critical, but Linux isn't your business.
02
You need senior Linux operations expertise, but not enough to justify a full-time hire.
03
You want someone watching your infrastructure outside business hours, weekends, and holidays.
04
You have compliance or audit obligations that require documented, ongoing management.
